About the Role
The Sr. Electrical Estimator is responsible for full-cycle estimating and project management for industrial electrical projects. This role involves developing accurate materials and labor estimates, analyzing blueprints and specifications, preparing proposals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements
• Develop accurate labor, material, and equipment estimates for industrial electrical projects
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and customer bid requirements to prepare complete proposals
• Prepare RFQs, secure competitive pricing, and maintain supplier and subcontractor lists
• Interface with clients and internal teams to manage project scope and requirements
• Conduct cost analysis during and after project completion
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
• Track project costs, including raw materials, labor, and equipment
• Identify cost uncertainties and mitigate project risks
About the Company
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a tradecraft certification
Experience
• 5+ years of electrical construction project management and estimating experience
• Experience managing industrial projects valued at $5M or greater
Technical Skills
• Proficient with electrical estimating software, preferably Accubid
• Familiarity with project management and scheduling software
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings and project specifications
• Excellent communication and client management skills
