About the Role

The Finance Manager will support the local CFO office with day to day cash management, payment workflows, and administrative coordination. The role also serves as a key liaison between Guam, Korea, and regional offices. This position requires strong basic finance skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a bilingual, cross border environment.

Requirements

Cash Management:

• Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions across accounts

• Track incoming and outgoing transactions and prepare daily cash reports

• Support basic cash flow tracking and forecasting activities


Payment and Approval Workflow:

• Manage payment documentation and support payment processing

• Coordinate pre approval for larger expenditures in line with internal guidelines

• Ensure adherence to internal control procedures and corporate finance policies


Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain internal financial logs, schedules, and supporting documentation

• Assist with periodic internal reports for management and regional stakeholders including Korea and Singapore

• Gather and organize data for audits, reviews, and internal presentations


Communication and Coordination:

• Facilitate bilingual communication between local management and Korea based finance teams

• Provide administrative support to the CFO office including meeting preparation, follow ups, and document handling

• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely flow of information and documentation

About the Company

Professional Experience:
• Five to ten years of experience in finance, accounting support, treasury, cash management, or operations


Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of basic finance concepts including cash flow, bank reconciliations, payment cycles, and budgeting support
• Proficiency in standard office tools including Excel, Word, and email
• Familiarity with financial systems or ERP environments preferred


Language Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Korean language ability strongly preferred for cross border coordination
