About the Role

The Administrative Assistant provides day to day office and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is responsible for managing communication, schedules, records, and documentation while supporting staff and management with daily administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining organized workflows, accurate information, and effective coordination across the office.

Requirements

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general office communication.


  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.


  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and filing systems.


  • Assist with data entry, reports, and basic office administrative tasks.


  • Support HR, recruitment, and onboarding activities as needed.


  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations.

About the Company

  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience:
    Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

  • Skills:
    Strong communication and organizational skills.
    Basic computer proficiency including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
