About the Role

The Sourcer/Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality candidates to meet client hiring needs. This role works closely with senior recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines, support the recruitment process, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Source and identify candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals


• Review resumes and conduct initial phone and video screenings


• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities


• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs


• Manage candidate communications and relationships throughout the recruitment process


• Track sourcing activity and performance metrics to assess effectiveness

About the Company

Recruitment Experience
• At least two years of experience in sourcing or recruiting in an agency or corporate environment


Sourcing Skills
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and social platforms


Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities


Candidate Engagement
• Proven ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with candidates


Work Style
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
