
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides day to day office and administrative support to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This role manages communication, schedules, records, and documentation while assisting staff and management with daily tasks. The Administrative Assistant helps coordinate meetings, handle emails and phone inquiries, organize files, and ensure information is accurate and up to date, supporting the overall workflow of the office.

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
