Position Overview
Responsible for preparing high quality meals in large quantities by following standardized recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting daily kitchen operations. This role reports directly to the QA Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals in accordance with menu plans and portion control standards

Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored safely in compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies

Follow standardized recipes and accommodate special dietary needs as required
04
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
