
Position Overview
The Regulatory and Proposal Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Business Development and Administrative Offices. This role focuses on documentation management, regulatory compliance, proposal coordination, and monitoring of business development activities to ensure smooth execution of projects, partnerships, and organizational growth initiatives.
The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting proposal submissions, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation across all company operations and affiliates.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development Office

Maintain and update records of clients, partners, and business opportunities

Manage regulatory and compliance requirements, including sanitary permits, licenses, and corporate filings

Maintain and update the company’s SAM registration for government contracting eligibility

Monitor RFPs and ITBs, support proposal preparation, and ensure timely submissions

Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and official correspondence

Monitor timelines, submissions, and documentation for business development initiatives

Oversee insurance policies for general liability, workers compensation, and vehicles

Organize and maintain regulatory and corporate documents in structured digital systems

Prepare weekly client billing with supporting documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
