Position Overview

The Sourcer/Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high quality candidates to support client hiring needs. Working closely with senior recruiters, this role builds strong candidate pipelines and ensures a positive and professional candidate experience in a fast paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities

Manage candidate communications and relationships

Review resumes and conduct initial phone and video screenings

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Track sourcing activity and performance metrics

Qualifications

Recruitment Experience

At least two years of experience in sourcing or recruiting in an agency or corporate environment

Sourcing Skills

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and social platforms

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities

Candidate Engagement

Proven ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with candidates

Work Style

Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
