
Position Overview
The Commercial Banking Equipment Finance Sales Specialist is responsible for developing new business opportunities by working closely with commercial bankers, clients, and prospects. This role focuses on originating equipment finance transactions, expanding the banks commercial client base, and driving revenue growth through new and existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new business from commercial banking prospects and existing client relationships.

Promote equipment finance solutions, including true lease products, to bank clients and prospects.

Meet with lessees to discuss equipment acquisitions and close lease and finance agreements.

Attend cross-functional bank meetings to identify new opportunities with Regional Managers and their clients.

Partner with commercial bankers to identify and structure equipment finance transactions.

Manage financing needs for capital equipment purchases for commercial clients.

Expand prospect and end-user volume within an assigned geographic territory.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity and keep relationship managers informed.
