Sourcer/Recruiter
KI Executive Group is seeking a motivated Sourcer/Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent across multiple industries, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting our recruiters in meeting client hiring needs. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for our clients, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

Screen and assess potential candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews

Collaborate with recruiters to understand client needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings

Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Keep track of and report on sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment

Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to identify and attract top talent

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
