Administrative Hearing Officer Saipan, MP - US Territory
The Administrative Hearing Officer conducts formal hearings on labor-related complaints, permit denials, and other administrative claims. This role presides over hearings, pre-hearing conferences, and motions; rules on evidentiary matters; and issues administrative orders. Additional duties include hearing appeals (as directed) and providing legal guidance on case dispositions.

Key Responsibilities

Preside over administrative hearings and pre-hearing conferences.

Rule on motions and evidentiary matters.

Draft and issue administrative orders.

Hear appeals of cases originally decided by other officers (as assigned).

Provide legal and procedural recommendations.

Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

5+ years of experience in legal or administrative roles (e.g., attorney, judge, or comparable position).
