Key Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals) to identify top candidates.
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand client requirements and define sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Track and report key sourcing metrics to measure performance and improve strategy.
- Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (agency or corporate setting preferred).
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and online recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to Max’s standards, ensuring that every meal is made with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Working closely with the kitchen team, you’ll help maintain smooth operations while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a range of dishes, especially Filipino favorites, following restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food orders.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow food handling, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and ordering supplies.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with health codes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management.
Minimum Qualifications

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Hearing Officer to conduct formal hearings on labor-related complaints, permit denials, and administrative claims. This position plays a vital role in ensuring fairness, due process, and compliance within the administrative justice system of the Marianas Pacific region.
The Administrative Hearing Officer presides over hearings, pre-hearing conferences, and motions; rules on evidentiary matters; and issues administrative orders. Additional duties include hearing appeals (as assigned) and providing legal guidance on procedural and substantive case issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Preside over administrative hearings and pre-hearing conferences.
- Rule on motions and evidentiary matters in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Draft and issue administrative orders and rulings.
- Hear appeals of cases originally decided by other officers, as assigned.
- Provide legal and procedural recommendations to ensure fair and timely case resolution.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal or administrative roles (e.g., attorney, judge, or comparable position).
- Strong understanding of administrative law, evidence, and procedural rules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, impartiality, and professionalism in decision-making.
