Max's Restaurant Guam is looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to lead our restaurants daily operations. As part of one of the most recognized restaurant chains in the Pacific, we are committed to delivering authentic Filipino cuisine with exceptional service. This role is vital to maintaining our brand standards and driving continued success on the island of Guam.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management

Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall profitability​

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive steps to enhance performance

Foster a positive team culture through staff training, development, and mentorship

Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff to maintain high customer satisfaction

Manage supply chain logistics, inventory, and purchasing while maintaining cost controls​

Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions and seasonal campaigns

08

Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of team members

09

Ensure the restaurant complies with food safety standards, local regulations, and company policies

10

 Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner

11

Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure all equipment is functioning properly

12

Prepare financial reports, set budgets, and analyze revenue trends

13

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

Required Qualifications:

We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced professional to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Below are the key qualifications we’re looking for:

Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Proven experience in restaurant operations with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Work Authorization

This position is open to international applicants and will be processed under the H-1B visa program for employment in Guam, a U.S. territory.
