This role provides leadership across front of house and back of house teams while maintaining brand standards and compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. The Operations Manager plays a key role in driving team performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth in a high volume restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Oversee daily front of house and back of house operations


• Ensure food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction


• Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff


• Monitor costs, inventory, and operational performance


• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations


• Handle customer concerns and support a positive dining experience

About the Company

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field


Management Experience
• At least five years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management


Operational Knowledge
• Strong understanding of food safety, cost control, and daily operations


Leadership Ability
• Proven experience managing teams and complex operations


Communication Skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal abilities
