JoJo Padilla – Talent Acquisition Specialist, Saipan HQ

JoJo brings a strong background in Human Resources, Psychology, and Counseling to his role. His experience spans HR operations, recruitment, training, wellness program development, and business co-ownership. Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, team building, and conflict resolution, JoJo is well-equipped to connect with candidates and foster supportive workplace environments.

He is also a certified nutrition coach and previously helped lead a fitness team to a top-three ranking in California.

Tristine Ada – Project Specialist, Saipan HQ

Tristine joins us with experience in project coordination, operations, and strategic execution. In his role, he will focus on streamlining workflows, improving team collaboration, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects. His proactive approach and organizational skills will be valuable as we continue to expand our services in the Pacific region.

Darlene Bringas – Creative Sourcer & Multimedia Support, Manila, Philippines Office

We are proud to welcome Darlene, who recently graduated with a degree in Creative Arts from Far Eastern University. In her role as Creative Sourcer, she will combine her visual design skills with talent-sourcing initiatives, helping to identify creative talent while supporting our branding and multimedia projects. Her hands-on experience in graphic design, animation, video editing, and event promotion—gained through her internship with the Rotary Club of Makati and university exhibits—makes her an excellent fit for this position.

She previously helped design and promote campus art exhibits while completing her studies.
